This page explains the categories of information Eventlayer handles while providing the private beta.

Information you provide

We process account details such as your name and email address, credentials in protected form, event data, attendee details, ticket records, and content you upload to configure Wallet passes.

Service and usage information

We process request metadata, logs, error details, device and browser information, and product analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, deliver transactional email, generate tickets and passes, deliver configured webhooks, prevent abuse, investigate faults, and communicate about the private beta.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use infrastructure, database, object-storage, email, analytics, and observability providers to operate Eventlayer. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet operational or legal obligations. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact privacy@eventlayer.dev.
