These operating terms describe the expectations for using Eventlayer during its private beta.
Using the service
You may use Eventlayer to evaluate and build event workflows for your organisation. You are responsible for your account, API credentials, integrations, event content, and the lawfulness and accuracy of data you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe systems without permission, send unlawful content, infringe rights, or use Eventlayer to access resources or data that do not belong to you.
Beta availability
The service is under active development. Features, limits, and APIs may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on the beta for a critical live event without agreeing an appropriate launch plan with Eventlayer.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Eventlayer the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide and secure the service.
Warranty and liability
The private beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
